I designed a 3D printed frame for attaching a sound chip to cards to allow them to play sound effects.
Kefka, Dancing Mad audio alter! The card Kefka, Dancing Mad, attached to an audio frame. When the power/toughness box is pressed it plays a variety of sound clips, like Kefka laughing, Kefka’s theme, and an excerpt from Dancing Mad.
Foil proxy of Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist as Boss Catra. Proxy art is a screenshot from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, with frame designed by me. When the Power/Toughness box is pressed it plays clips of Catra from the show.

I mostly use Golden Fluid acrylic and Posca for these.

I also make digital tokens and proxies.
I got started using screenshots for proxies and home printing them. Eventually branched out into digital drawing before I got into physical alters.
(All my proxies are either hand drawn or home printed, printed proxies are always not for sale)
CJ Mlsna came up with this awesome sticker proxy method that I’ve been using with alcohol markers.
